Delivery & Returns

Delivery is via courier and is generally completed within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for order received before 12pm Monday to Friday. Rural and remote delivered can take upto 4 days longer. Delays in the delivery network may occur due to Covid. Delivery to Australia is generally done within 6-10 business days but this may vary.  

We now offer Free Shipping New Zealand wide with all purchases. Shipping to Australia has a flat rate charge of $20. International orders vary for more information please contact shipping@ccrose.nz as this will be calculated based on rates on the day.
